You're abroad, I'm in Valencia, and I take the wedding off your hands completely. I find the venue, build your vendor team, manage the budget and keep you updated at every step. We plan everything together over video calls, in your language. You arrive a few days before the wedding and everything is ready.
Partial Planning Support
You've started planning on your own and somewhere along the way you hit a wall. Maybe it's the vendors, maybe the contracts in Spanish, maybe a finca you want checked before you sign. I step in exactly where you need me and handle that part properly. You stay in charge of your wedding, I cover the gaps.
Elopements in Valencia

300 Days of Sun
Valencia is one of the sunniest cities in Europe. You can plan an outdoor wedding here from April to late October with very little weather risk. If you picture golden evening light and dinner under the open sky, this is your place.
Sea and City
Beach ceremony, dinner at a historic finca in the orange groves, afterparty in the city. In Valencia all of this sits within a 40 minute drive. Logistics stay simple, and transport costs stay low for you and for all of your guests.
A Real Budget
A wedding in Valencia usually costs noticeably less than the same wedding in Tuscany or the French Riviera. It does not feel any less special. Great food and beautiful venues are part of normal life here, not a luxury add-on.

How much does a wedding in Valencia cost?
Most weddings I plan land between €15,000 and €40,000 for 50 to 100 guests, depending on the venue, catering and season. That covers a beautiful finca, good food and wine, flowers, music and photography. My planning services start from €1,000. On a first call I'll give you a realistic budget estimate for your guest count, for free.
What is the best season to get married in Valencia?
May, June, September and October are the sweet spot: warm, sunny and not too hot. July and August work well for evening ceremonies. Spring and autumn dates at popular fincas get booked first, so those need the most lead time.
Can foreigners legally get married in Spain?
A legal civil marriage in Spain usually requires residency, so most international couples do the paperwork at home and have a symbolic ceremony here. Your guests won't see any difference. I'll explain both options on our first call and help with the documents either way.
How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, 10 to 14 months before the date is comfortable, mostly because the best fincas book out early. Shorter is possible: I've put together lovely weddings in under six months, and elopements in a few weeks.
Do you work with couples who don't speak Spanish?
All the time, that's most of my couples. I run all vendor communication, contracts and negotiations in Spanish and report back to you in English or Ukrainian. You never have to translate anything yourself.
Do we need to be in Spain to plan the wedding?
No. Most of my couples see Valencia for the first time either on one short venue-hunting trip or a few days before the wedding itself. I visit the venues, film walkthroughs for you, taste the menus and meet the vendors. We do the rest over video calls.
What's included in your planning fee?
Venue search and visits, a vendor team matched to your budget, budget tracking, the timeline, all coordination with suppliers, and me personally running your wedding day. You get one point of contact for everything, from our first call to the end of the party.
Can you help with legal paperwork and translations?
Yes. I guide you through the documents for a symbolic or civil ceremony, connect you with sworn translators when needed, and read through vendor contracts in Spanish so you always know what you're signing.
How many guests can a Valencia wedding accommodate?
Anything from two people to around 200. Fincas around Valencia comfortably host 60 to 150 guests, and there are venues for both tiny elopements and big celebrations. Tell me your rough guest count and I'll shortlist venues that fit.
Do you plan weddings outside Valencia?
Yes. I regularly work across the Costa Blanca, including Alicante and Benidorm. If your dream venue is a bit further along the coast, ask me, chances are I already know it.
